Windes Group was founded in 1966 by Frank Windes, with the intention of harvesting an independent spirit and giving customers honest and direct advice. Since then, Windes Group has been providing exceptional service by continuing to think outside the box, and break industry norms. Today we are servicing many multi-generational clients, due to a history of service, a reputation for excellence, and the energy and technology to do business in the 21st century. We make insurance, benefits, and wealth management as easy as possible, while having a little fun along the way.

Carter Windes
Carter thinks of himself as a financial coach, he stays engaged with his clients throughout every step of the planning process, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need for success. He stays involved in the business community, continuing to build long-term professional relationships and friendships with them. He strives to increase his knowledge by keeping up with the latest developments in both the insurance and investment world, so that he can continue to provide the best personal service to his clients. Carter highly values family, integrity, and community. He began working in the insurance industry while in college at Texas Tech. There he learned how to provide excellent service, while pursuing his business degree. Upon graduation, he chose to team up with his grandfather Frank, who has been in the business since 1966. Together, they combine over 55 years of experience in the business to better serve their clients. When Carter is not working with his clients or in the community, he enjoys being outdoors and all things sports.
Frank Windes
Frank hit the ground running as a smart young, motivated insurance agent. In his first year with Bankers Life of Iowa, now Principle Life, he qualified for the Executive Council of 12 Top Agents while living in Holbrook AZ with a population of less than 5,000. The rest is history. Being a top producer with several major companies, has given him vast product knowledge, exposure to a plethora of insurance situations requiring innovative solutions. His mission has always been to provide the very best products for his clients. With several decades of experience, Frank has the knowledge, skills, and professional relationships to provide a remarkable level of success and create tremendous value via the consultative process.
